My family and I used T.Pennack & Sons for my mum‘s funeral. From start to finish the whole team, were really professional and supportive. Anything that we asked or needed was not too much trouble and they were happy to help. On the day of the funeral, the service they offered was dignified and we could not fault them. Also, I expressed my concerns for visiting mum in the chapel Of rest, due to past experiences with other funeral directors. David, who Got my mum ready sat with me prior and listened to our requests for how my mum looked. Overall it was an amazing job And my family and I were very appreciative. I would recommend T.Pennack & Sons and if needed to again will definitely return. As funerals go their prices are really reasonable. Thank you so much and also to Dawn for taking all our calls. We first used Pennack's for my late sister's funeral service over 25 years ago, and owing to how wonderful they were then we were determined to use them for my late father's service this month. Everything is handled with such compassion respect and dignity and we cannot recommend them enough to make an unbearable situation that little bit easier. It was the most beautiful service, every detail we requested was adhered to and we know our father would have loved every second and been so very proud. Thank you all so very much.

I would like to thank T Pennack and sons for a first class service to my late father Tony Gayler. Losing someone is naturally not a nice experience and even more so with the current Coronavirus situation. However, Philip and Sarah handled my late fathers funeral with utter professionalism, from the initial call to sending us a list of donations received from those who attended and those who could not. T Pennack of Great Baddow handled the recent funeral of my father with the utmost professional efficiency, sensitivity and compassion. To say they exceeded our expectations is an understatement, the loss of a parent is a very difficult time but their staff made the process so much easier by their attention to detail, respectful professional approach and sensitivity.
