Absolute disaster 🤯😞. If I could give no ⭐ star then I would have choose it.With lots of expectations we booked an indoor disco bouncy castle from this company,almost 20 days prior to our son's 9th birthday party. Even I did call them at the time of booking to clarify a confusion with the time. But no-one mentioned about the height requirement of 15 feets of the hall at the time of booking. In the last minute,the day before the party arranged by evening,one of the member called and said the height requirement 🤯🙄.we already had mentioned about the bouncy castle in the invitation card and we were very much excited about it, especially Our son. It was an absolute disaster on the day of his birthday,when he knew that the bouncy castle won't fit in the hall and it won't be there. He started crying and that ruined his birthday. At last we end up with no entertainment and the party and his birthday was an absolute disaster "just because this company"🙄🙄🙄 and its miscommunication. We could have arranged something else if we could get enough time before the birthday. They just kept to disclose the requirements to install the bouncy castle,until the last minute,so that we won't be able to arrange anything else. This is this company's absolute carelessness.Never the less ,they also made me to pay £50 before taking it to the party hall to try.🙄I left with no choice but to go for it. They never give any money back. #Absolute money loss with no entertainment. #ruined birthday party #Disappointed Birthday boy.

Excellent company, saved us last minute as we had been let down on the morning on my son’s birthday by another company. Tom was absolutely brilliant and made sure we had a bouncy castle at 10am the same morning despite the fact we hadn’t had a booking. Can’t thank you enough for saving the party, my 7 year old was very happy. Highly recommend!
