Countryside Automation have surpassed our expectations with the quality and the installation of the new automated gates that they have fitted at our property. Andy came and carried out the initial survey of the gates and then returned a couple of times to make sure that we were happy with what we had chosen and to make sure that the CAD drawings were as we expected. The installation of our gates was carried out by the two John's who were excellent, and the installation was faultless and to an exceptional standard. I ordered two sets of automated gates for a carriage driveway on 22nd March. The installation was completed by 29th April, which far exceeded my expectations. I am delighted with the end product, my gates look lovely and work well but I have to say working with the Countryside team has been a really good experience. From first contact several months ago, to actually deciding on the gates and when to have them installed. The help I received in answering my queries, the information I was given at survey to help finalise my decisions, right up to handover. The installation guys, Kei and John could not have worked harder, been more co-operative, polite and friendly, made for an all round good experience. It's a pleasure dealing with a company who have the right balance of efficiency and approachability. I knew I was speaking to real people who were aware of my constraints and timing. I wasn't just an order number. I just need it to stop raining for a day so I can finish oiling them!

Very professional service throughout. All of the options and safety guidelines were clearly explained so that we could make an informed decision.
