Simon was very professional and extremely helpful in fixing our lock. Before he arrived he text to let me know when he would be coming. Our door was fixed in no time. It’s like new again! I would definitely recommend him and use him again straight away.

I contacted Simon after seeing a happy new post on a local page I follow as the handle on our back door was broken. He came round the following day to check it out and give us a quote there and then and didn’t pressure me at all to let him do the work. If it is possible to give more than 5 stars I would! Me my neighbours and friends tried to open the door for 13 hours we even called the police and fire and they only suggested to break the door or drill but he said he can open it and truly he knew exactly what he was doing it took him less than 5 minutes to open the door and there was no damage at all, above all that he is a very nice honest person which is rare these days and in these situations. Without his help I would have spent New Year’s Eve and New Year outside until I get hold of the spare keys! The sentence “I recommend his services” isn’t even enough. Because his services beyond professional! Thank you so much and thank you for literally saving my new year.

I would recommend Si in a heartbeat. Came and quoted to install various security locks - gave great advice and price was really fair. Couple of tricky issues to deal with when fitting due to the age of the house but Si sorted it all out with ease. Lovely guy, runs a great company.

Highly recommend! Managed to lock myself out on Christmas Eve of all nights and didn’t think I’d be able to get anyone out. Text him at quarter past 8 to enquire, by half 8 he was on his way to our house and we were in so quickly!! Job sorted super quickly and luckily the cheapest option. Great service, really helped us out. Quick, efficient and reliable! Hopefully I won’t have to use him again, but if I ever have any lock issues, I know who I will be calling straight away!!

What a lifesaver and genuinely nice guy Simon is. Our front door completely jammed and literally within an hour (on a Saturday morning) Simon was there.
