Although the chaps did not turn up until midday, I was kept informed, and when they did arrive they were super fast and efficient, everything beautifully packed and no breakages. Moving into a first floor flat, their energy and patience were much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company.

The crew could not have been more good humoured and helpful from assessing the job through to the offload (including furniture disassembly and reassembly). The job was done super efficiently- and the after care in terms of box collection for recycling has been super.

From the initial enquiry with CM Removals they were prompt with their response and answered any other questions I had quickly too. The guys on the day were professional and we watched in amazement how they loaded everything with precision onto the lorry. Great care was taken with the furniture and no damage occurred. The guys worked incredibly hard especially as it was a 2nd floor flat and no lift and on a particularly hot day! I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Although all packaging materials were provided and what seemed like a great price for the service. They arrived late on move day which is stressful enough in itself, one hour after leaving to collect keys they phoned to hurry us along, even though they were late! They get you to leave a review and then never get back in contact to collect the packaging materials, which we ended up getting rid of ourselves!
