What a wonderful experience! I called in on emergency and from the receptionist being enthusiastic to help me and fit me To both the dentist and dental nurse being super polite and helpful, putting me out of pain. The last dentist I went to was really rude and essentially left me to suffer. This dentist searched for an answer and found one. We need more dentists like these, serving and caring for people from all walks of life. Thank you Baddow Dental Practice, definitely 5 stars from me!

This is the best Dentist in Chelmsford I must say. The lovely ladies at the reception and the dentist and the nurse are all amazing. They are all very professional and kind. If I were to get lucky one day and win the lottery, I would definitely bless this practice and the outstanding staff members. I look forward to bringing Sarah in tomorrow for her appointment.

I really hate going to the dentist and get very anxious, generally I wait until it’s necessary before going and today I woke with a toothache so called them up. I was able to get an appointment for the same day which is great. I didn’t tell the dentist or nurse that I was anxious so their service was irrelevant to this. Both Zara and Megan who were my dentist and nurse (I hope that’s the right job titles) were brilliant from beginning to end. They asked me lots of questions to understand what could be causing my pain, examined the area and then did X-rays. The patient after me happened to cancel their apt so as I hadn’t been to a dentist for 3 years they offered to also do a full check up and X-ray of the rest of my teeth. I ended up needing 3 fillings and some advice on my gum health and both Zara and Megan were brilliant. They answered all my questions, gave me treatment options, compared costs of nhs/private for the fillings and made me feel very comfortable. I was very happy with the service from start to finish and came away with a little more faith in dentists. I would happy see both of them again (ideally before I get toothache) and feel a lot less anxious next time :)

Attended Baddow Dental Surgery today 14 August 2023 for a checkup with a new dentist Vanita Sharma for first time. She was excellent and took a lot of care and made me feel at ease from start to finish I was thoroughly impressed. The dental nurses and receptionists were excellent too. I am a somewhat nervous patient and struggle with dentistry in any form but I have found the dentists I have had here are superb and they put me at my ease as far as that is possible. The reception staff are also very polite and freindly. I am not a young person and have seen many dentists over the years but the Baddow practice is by far the best. They respect my nervousness but remain very professional, caring and freindly. Thank you.

I have been at this dentist for many years and always had a good service. I have a wedding approaching and I wanted my teeth to look the best that they can. Arun provided me with a dental plan, which included whitening, fillings and crowns being replaced for a bridge to hide a gap I had. He was straight forward with me from the off about the cost of each treatment and even told me that he didn’t think I needed a white filling after my whitening, therefore saving me some money. I am beyond impressed with the outcome and cannot thank Arun and the team enough.

Myself and my wife recently joined this lovely Dental practice. What a great experience we have had. Phillipa our dentist along with her assistant (sorry unsure of her name) were both so professional and friendly. We have been back to the dentist for various treatments over the last few months and they have been exceptional each time. They have restored our faith back in dentists as we were previously very anxious. The reception staff are so kind and friendly. We will definitely recommend. Thankyou to you all, we are so pleased!
