I travelled 40 miles to purchase my first shotgun from Eastern Sporting back in May. The customer service from Shane was first class. Nothing was rushed and all avenues explored to ensure I had the correct gun. As a left hander, their stock of lefthanded guns is far superior to other stores. Allowing us lefthanders to try a decent range of guns, to truly see what gun fits best. I love my 694, Its had 4000 rounds through it and never skipped a beat. Thanks Shane and the team. Took a gun that suffered from ammunition malfunction causing damage. The 3 gentlemen where absolutely spot on and have emailed all relevant people as they believe it may well fall under replacement due to the ammo malfunction. Can not talk highly enough
