We Love Pets looked after my pets very well while we were on holiday in the summer. There was a comprehensive pre-visit to find out all about our pets and their needs. Our cat requires daily medication and they were happy and confident to administer this. They also took very good care of our rabbit and our rats with their dietary requirements. Every pet looked healthy and well looked after and the house was clean and tidy when we came home. Just all done very well, thank you very much. Would definitely recommend.

Nichola and her team, put the happiness and welfare of our pets before everything else. When our dog Yogi, didn’t get on well when we used the dog boarding service for the first time, he was brought home and a house sitter was put in place and at no extra cost to us. His happiness was all that mattered to Nichola. We highly recommend We Love Pets (because they do) and we won’t be trusting our pets with any other pet care company.

I have an anxious dog who is very nervous of new people but Alexandra put in a lot of time and effort with my dog and Bailey now absolutely loves Alexandra and loved spending time with her! Nichola kept me updated with photos whilst I was away so I felt very comforted knowing Bailey was being well looked after. Will 100% be using 'We love Pets' and Alexandra again! Thank you! :)

Due to a change in personal circumstance I needed help with walking my Labrador on days when I needed to work. Nichola and the team at welovepets Chelmsford were excellent, from an initial call to a meeting with my dog, the dog walkers are great, the dog loves her walks and I have the peace of mind she is ok while I’m at work. I come home to a calm well exercised dog. They are flexible, accommodating and communicate well. Would highly recommend

Really happy with We Love Pets. Always on time, super flexible to our needs (even at short notice!) and our dog loves his pop in visits and walks with the team! I would recommend them to everyone!

This has to be the best decision for my dog, Luna, that I’ve made. Of course it takes courage to entrust one’s beloved pet with others, but Nikki and her team are fabulous. Luna is deaf so has her special needs! On meeting Nikki she was so keen to learn of Lunas little ways, so she and her team can truly meet her needs. Luna quickly fell in love with Bobbi, her usual walker, greeting her very happily and trotting off down the path with her. She comes back tired but very contented. The photos of her jaunt with Bobbi make it all worthwhile - see the photos of ‘during’ the walk and post walk! I have confidence in Nikki and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

I would like to thank Bobbi for taking Reggie on a couple of walks, I know he was a little nervous at first but he looked very happy once he was out. This was only a trial & unfortunately as I work in London, I didn’t like leaving him all day. There’s no doubt should I need a dog walker or someone just to pop in, We Are Pets will be the first people I contact.

Nichola was really accommodating and flexible when booking walks. Bobbi and Jade are both great with my dog and we’ve never had any issues. I would definitely recommend
