I bought my latest pc there and got excellent service. A couple of weeks ago I needed urgent repair and it was done within an hour. Wonderful! The only concern was that the member of staff who served me (not someone I dealt with before) made me feel very intimidated by his manner. I hope he doesn't do it next time I need help.

Stuart finished a build for my son’s gaming PC. Excellent service, really speedy turnaround and great advice on set ups and options. Having bought computers from Stuart, where he has always given excellent advice, the advantage of using an independent retailer is that he is on hand, local and always willing to help out those of us who are not completely IT confident. whilst trying to install a new printer, I appear to have been hacked but Stuart quickly got me back on the straight and narrow and printer now fully working.

This place is amazing! I originally took my Macbook Pro to a different shop and they told me nothing could be done and tried selling me a new laptop! Stuart Roat has built two computers for me to suit my requirements and they are both excellent machines. The first is now 3 years old and has operated faultlessly through this period and responds as fast now as when I first got it. The latest is a mini tower which he built for me recently and it is operating brilliantly. Stuart takes as much time as is necessary to discuss your requirements and then produces a plan for a machine that delivers exactly what you want. It is refreshing these days to be able to deal with a company that that takes the time and trouble to make sure the customer gets what they asked for. I have just brought my sick computer back from Computer World after Stuart had spent the early part of this morning sorting out a variety of serious issues relating to emails, updates, security, speed of operation and the failure to be able to send emails from one of my accounts.
