Lee very professional and helpful sorting out our central heating and reasonably priced. I will definitely go to Lee again after being disappointed with my heating insurance call out. Feel I can trust Lee. Thank you for your help.

We called Lee at 10am when our heating stopped working. He came over by 230pm and we had heating again by 4pm! He did a very thorough job and then explained the problem to me afterwards and gave me advice on how to maintain the system. He was very kind, and reasonably priced. Will definitely be requesting his services for any plumbing needs from now on.

Called Lee last Friday evening with a boiler fault he came within an hour found the problem with the pump which needed replacing unfortunately the replacement part was no longer available. It meant we needed a new boiler Lee could not have been more helpful on Monday he picked up the boiler and relevant parts and on Tuesday came and fitted the boiler, by 5.00pm we had our hot water and heating back. Lee could not have been more helpful and delivered a 1st class and professional job would recommend him to anyone who needs a great plumber or heating engineer Thanks again Lee. Alan Dunsdon

Boiler repair - fantastic service I called Lee at 8am after our boiler stopped working the previous evening. By 11am he had been to look at it, gone to collect a replacement fan, fitted the fan and the boiler was working again. I was really pleased to have received such a fast and efficient service, I didn't expect to be able to get it fixed so quickly.

We just moved into our new home and found that we had no gas or hot water. Our boiler was broken beyond repair. Lee from Franks responded quickly to our issue and was incredibly helpful, replacing our boiler within days over a Easter bank holiday weekend to ensure we had hot water as quickly as possible. Massive thank you to Lee from helping our move transition far more seamlessly that what would have been. Definitely recommend.

Update! 11/11/22. called Lee out this afternoon. He came in a couple of hours later. and he has already fixed my heating and I am warm again thankfully. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, tidy and charged me a lot less than I was expecting. Thank you so much Lee really appreciated. Original post. We woke up to no heating or hot water, cold showers are hardly refreshing when you're expecting it to be -1 degrees outside. Did a quick search and found Lee of Franks Plumbing & Heating who incredibly attended within hours of our panicked call. He very quickly replaced the failed part on our boiler inexpensively and thus saved up from the prospect of a freezing night. It's so good to appreciate having a warm home with hot water again, we all take it for granted. Will be happily recommending Lee to anyone who needs quality, trusted heating or plumbing services, was very efficient, professional, fair and honest with costs.

Absolutely excellent service from Mr Franks. He went to huge trouble to get our job done. We woke up one chilly morning with no heating or hot water and rang early to leave a message. . Mr Franks came back to us within minutes and fitted in a visit to us before his booked appointments. The problem turned out to be complicated with a little known type of boiler. Mr Franks contacted the manufacturers - who were not easy to get hold of - and made great efforts to make sure the job was done properly. He made several visits that day between his booked jobs. He went to get the correct parts and made sure that the job was done the same day. We were grateful and will definitely be using him again.

5 star service, reliable and friendly! Lee really knows his stuff and I’m extremely satisfied with the results, I’d highly recommend in all aspects. It was an awkward job but Lee completed it leaving the bathroom spotless like he was never there! And beforehand giving us lots of help and advice which we really appreciated. WOW...Fantastic Service ...WOW... is all I can say. I called Frank's plumbing & Heating for help as my parents washing machine and pipework were broken and asked if he could Help and amazingly he was with them within the hour and on a sunday...he fixed the problem and was so professional with impeccable manners and he has such a brilliant personality which made my parents feel at ease as they are elderly. My parents and myself would truly recommend Lee @ Frank's plumbing and Heating without a shadow of a doubt. Could not ask for a better service and workmanship and if we could give more than a 5 Star rating then we definitely would.
